Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Dock Agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Dock Agent grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single device per purchased license. The license is a one-time purchase and does not expire.

Free Trial

Dock Agent offers a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, a valid license key is required to continue using the software.

Permitted Use

You may:

Use Dock Agent for personal or commercial purposes
Install it on one device per license

You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Share your license key with others

Refunds

Since Dock Agent offers a free trial, all purchases are final. If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will work to resolve them.

Dock Agent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dock Agent or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dock Agent after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
